RETURN POLICY

Dear Clients, please note that all our products undergo a quality check before dispatching.  We do not except returns on our products.  There are a some specified products that will have a return policy attached on its product page, eg. handbags, wallets.

These specified products must be reported & returned within the stipulated time period and after undergoing an inspection by our quality control commissioner, which will we then replace the product only in the case of a factory design flaw.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We do not provide international delivery, only delivery inside the Republic of South Africa.

 

How do I return an item?

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email.  You will be able to track your order online according to the instructions on your email received.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We offer a lowered rate delivery for our local Plettenberg Bay clients which is a flat rate of R35 as long as their delivery address falls inside the Town perimeter.  Delivery in Plettenberg Bay will take 3-5 week days after your order has been confirmed.

 

We also have a flat rate for all clients across South Africa of R120 for all orders up to 25kg  (that's a crazy load of stuff).  Please allow 5-7 week days for order to be delivered after being placed.
